What is coaching?

Coaching can be defined as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” 


Transformational Coaching is intended to uncover and examine beliefs, patterns ,and  thoughts, in addition to taking action with such information. Essentially, transformational coaching tends to have a very large expansive impact on all areas of ones life, creating measurable change—and lasting change and impact.


Discovering what is the desired outcome, the achievement of the objectives, while seeking to discover what is at the stake, what is also enabling, where relevant. 

How long is coaching?

Packages and programs range from 3 months to 12 months.  Depending on the package,  2 to 4 calls per month. 

How is group coaching different from individual coaching?

Group coaching is  similar to individual coaching however it is catered to a small group environment.  Group coaching is commonly used for businesses where the coach leads the team through a specific custom designed curriculum or a desired outcome.   


Coaching challenges the client to discover their belief systems, both known and unknown  to create the necessary shifts, insight and awareness of to achieve said goal. 

What are the benefits of coaching?

Clients can experience dramatic transformation, shifts and achievement exceeding what they thought was once possible.  Some could call this quantum leaps.
